    Dr. Nallamothu is Professor in the Division of Cardiovascular Diseases and the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan. Dr. Nallamothu’s research interests focus on improving quality of cardiovascular care and procedures. Most recently, his team has become interested in examining the application of new data science tools and methods to digital health information for clinical risk prediction. His papers have appeared in the New England Journal of Medicine, JAMA, Annals of Internal Medicine, British Medical Journal, Circulation, EHJ, and JACC. He has received funding in the past from AHRQ, NIH, VA HSR&D and the BCBS Foundation of Michigan. He is Editor-in-Chief of Circulation: Cardiovascular Quality & Outcomes, a leading cardiovascular outcomes research journal published by the American Heart Association.
