The Precision Health Implementation Workgroup developed a collaborative pathway to support the development and implementation of prediction models and other clinical decision support (CDS) tools within our electronic health record. The pathway contains a set of decision points, actions, and resources to support researchers throughout this process.

The Data to Implementation Pathway addresses the larger set of challenges that happen both during model development and implementation, along with the many issues at their intersection. Leveraging the expertise of collaborators in Engineering, MM Clinical Intelligence Committee (CIC), Michigan Integrated Center for Health Analytics and Medical Prediction (MiCHAMP), Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI), Learning Health Sciences (LHS), Health Information Technology and Services (HITS) and Precision Health Data Analytics & IT.
