An early user of MIPACT data shares plans for utilization

Precision Health is excited to have identified several early users of the Michigan Predictive Activity and Clinical Trajectories (MIPACT) data on the AWS environment.

The MIPACT study investigates the relationship between disease, daily quality of life, and healthcare services. Electronic health records, participant survey data, genetic information, blood pressure measurement, and Apple Watch activity/clinical data types are available through the Precision Health Analytics Platform (AWS instance).

One of our early users, Dr. Vincent Chen, is aiming to understand associations between granular measures of physical activity and risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, baseline severity of liver disease, and risk of liver-related complications with the MIPACT data.

If you are interested in accessing the MIPACT data for your research, refer to our Documentation Site for more information, or reach out here!
